Fantasy Football Positional Rankings
Top 5 QB Reaction Ranks
1. Cam Ward – TEN (1.01)
Ward’s fantasy value will hold after this pick due to his rushing and high ceiling partially due to Brian Callahan’s vertical offense. However, his adjustment to the NFL and occasional risky plays may temper immediate consistency, making him a high-upside QB2 with QB1 potential.
2. Jalen Milroe – PIT (1.21)
Milroe brings intriguing fantasy football value as a dual-threat quarterback with elite athleticism and arm strength. His raw passing skills and likely role behind a veteran like Aaron Rodgers or Mason Rudolph limit him in year 1. But he’d be a must stash- QB because he carries massive long-term upside.
3. Shedeur Sanders – CLV (1.18)
Sanders is a polished pocket passer with poise, and reuniting with Travis Hunter will provide a boost. While his lack of elite mobility limits his ceiling compared to dual-threat QBs, his accuracy and chemistry with Hunter make him a reliable QB2/3 with low-end QB1 potential in Kevin O’Connell’s offense.
4. Jaxson Dart – NYG (1.24)
Dart may not have a ton of excitement out of the gate, but he offers decent fantasy football value. He has some mobility and respectable arm talent that could fit in well in Brian Daboll’s creative offense. Dart will be competing with Russel Wilson in year 1 but has enough upside to target in drafts.
5. Tyler Shough – NO (3.71)
Shough’s fantasy football value as a developmental quarterback with a strong arm but inconsistent pocket presence could be boosted in his rookie year if starter, Derek Carr misses the ’25 campaign.
Next UP:
· Will Howard – Howard’s fantasy value will crater if he doesn’t go in the 3rd round to the Raiders, but his rushing could make him a late round stash in deep leagues.
· Quinn Ewers – As Arianna Grande once said… “thank you, NEXT!”
· Kyle McCord – Not likely to have enough value to be drafted in fantasy football but his arm could make him an add at some point in the next few years.
Top 5 RB Reaction Ranks
1. Omarion Hampton – DEN (1.20)
Hampton is a powerful, workhorse running back that is well-suited for Sean Payton’s zone-heavy scheme. His ability to handle a heavy workload and contribute as a receiver makes him a high-end RB2 with RB1 upside right away.
2. Ashton Jeanty – NYG (1.08)
Jeanty has elite fantasy football value no matter where he’s drafted. He is a dynamic, three-down running back with explosive speed and receiving skills, primed to thrive in Brian Daboll’s offense. His high draft capital ensures a featured role, making him a top-tier RB1 with potential to finish among the league’s best in PPR formats.
3. TreVeyon Henderson – WSH (1.29)
Henderson is a shifty, explosive running back with strong receiving skills, that will thrive in Kliff Kingsbury’s spread offense. While he has RB2 upside with potential for more in PPR leagues, splitting carries with Brian Robinson Jr. may limit his immediate volume.
4. Quinshon Judkins – CHI (2.41)
Judkins would be the David Montgomery in Brian Johnson’s offense. He is a bruising yet agile running back who complements D’Andre Swift. His goal-line potential and ability to handle a decent workload make him a flex-worthy RB3 with RB2 upside, especially if he carves out a larger role.
5. Kaleb Johnson – LV (3.68)
CJ carries sneaky fantasy football upside in Chip Kelly’s dynamic, run-heavy offense. He has a path to a big-time role in the back field, making him an exciting prospect heading into fantasy football drafts.
Next UP:
· Ollie Gordon – DAL (3.76) – Whatever back gets drafted by the Cowboys will immediately have massive appeal in fantasy drafts of all kinds.
· Cam Skattebo – CLV (3.94) – The heir apparent to Nick Chubb in the Browns’ offense is worth getting excited about.
· DJ Giddens – PIT (3.83) – Maybe not a massive value boost due to the presence of Jaylen Warren but long term this spot holds a lot of fantasy value.
Top 5 WR Reaction Ranks
1. Travis Hunter – CLV (1.02)
The Browns have mentioned that they view Hunter primarily as a wide receiver. He has WR1 upside due to his elite ball skills and athleticism. Reuniting with Shedeur Sanders in Kevin O’Connell’s offense makes him a high-ceiling fantasy option.
2. Tet McMillan – LAR (1.26)
This landing spot is big for McMillan. He can be a dominant, big-bodied receiver poised to fill a valuable role in Sean McVay’s offense following Cooper Kupp’s departure. His contested-catch ability and red-zone prowess alongside Puka Nacua make him a WR2 with a WR1 ceiling in fantasy.
3. Luther Burden – JAX (2.36)
Burden is a shifty, explosive wide receiver with YAC ability, and will play the Chris Godwin role in Liam Coen’s offense. He will play second fiddle to Brian Thomas Jr., but his playmaking potential positions him as a WR3 with WR2 upside especially in PPR formats.
4. Matthew Golden – DAL (1.12)
Golden will obviously have value after being the first WR selected. He is a versatile, big-play wide receiver with speed to stretch the field alongside CeeDee Lamb. He’ll need to refine his route-running to maximize targets, but that kind of dc suggests a big role for the rookie.
5. Emeka Egbuka – GB (1.23)
Egbuka provides the Pack with a polished, reliable wide receiver with crisp route-running ability. He fits perfectly into Matt LaFleur’s motion-heavy offense but will have competition for a big-time target share as he develops in the offense.
Next UP:
· Jayden Higgins – SEA (2.52) – Ceiling is limited by Cooper Kupp and JSN’s presence, but Higgins brings a different element to the Seahawk’s passing attack that will bring some excitement for fantasy football.
· Kyle Williams – NE (3.77) – Short term value is hurt by Stefon Diggs, but his spot has a path to WR 1 targets in year 2 and beyond.
· Jaylin Noel – CAR (3.74) – Carolina need’s a good possession guy once Adam Thielen is done. Noel can have a ton of targets once he is the primary slot receiver.
Top 5 TE Reaction Ranks
1. Tyler Warren – NYJ (1.07)
Warren has NFL size, unique versatility, and with this DC a starting role in New York’s offense is likely. Right away he is a mid-tier TE 2 but has the talent and opportunity to push into TE 1 territory.
2. Colston Loveland – IND (1.14)
Indy has been looking for a franchise tight end. Loveland is a polished receiver, and his route-running ability make him a likely TE2 with TE1 potential in an offense needing a middle-of-the-field threat for Anthony Richardson or Daniel Jones. However, his fantasy output may be capped initially by the Colts’ run-heavy tendencies and competition for targets.
3. Mason Taylor – LAC (2.55)
Taylor could be a sleeper in fantasy football as a rookie tight end with strong receiving instincts and red-zone ability. His role in a Chargers offense that values tight ends under Justin Herbert positions him as a low-end TE with some upside.
4. Harold Fannin Jr. – KC (3.66)
Fannin Jr. offers intriguing long-term fantasy football value. He showed versatile receiving skills and ability to create mismatches in college. His immediate fantasy impact may be limited by Kelce’s presence and the team’s crowded target distribution, but this would be the nuts landing spot for Fannin.
5. Elijah Arroyo – HST (3.89)
Arroyo does have reliable hands and decent blocking ability which would help him get on the field. His role in a Texans offense with C.J. Stroud offers only deeper sleeper appeal in 2025 but long-term could end up with a lucrative role for fantasy football purposes.
Next UP:
· Terrance Ferguson – Showed some speed but has hands concerns. Late round dart throw at best.
· Luke Lachey – Of all the late round tight end candidates, Lachey offers the most boom potential. Iowa loves to produce fantasy friendly pass catchers at this position.
· Gunnar Helm – He plays football.
